Info here is for the walk from Kilamacanogue to the top of  the mountain and then to the  Sugar Loaf Car Park. We walked to a little short of the peak and back

The marked trail is 4.3km out and back. There is a more direct way to the top of the mountain that is shorter. Final approx. 100m is a steep ascent over jagged rocks
